Fun in the snow with Ranger Roo
Monday 2 July, 2012
Parks Victoria’s cuddliest ranger is calling all kids and their parents to send in photos of their best snowmen, snowwomen and snow rangers this year in parks.
There will be snowplay opportunities across the North East parks including: Mount St Gwinear in the Baw Baw National Park and Mount Buffalo National Park.
“There’s nothing quite like a park when it’s under a blanket of snow,” said Ranger Roo. “It’s perfect for snowman and snowwoman building. I know for a fact that Victoria’s kids are the best snowplayers in the world and I’d love to see some photos.”
Ranger Roo says the first 50 entries will receive a free Ranger Roo plush toy.
Simply log on to the Ranger Roo website at www.rangerroo.com.au, sign up for free as one of Ranger Roo’s friends and upload your picture to enter the competition.
Ranger Roo modestly suggested kids might even consider making a snow version of Ranger Roo.
Winners will be announced on the Ranger Roo website and via mail to his online friends.
