18 O’Briens Lane, Templestowe

18 O’Briens Lane, Templestowe comprises 7.8 hectares within the Yarra Valley Parklands, which is Crown land managed by Parks Victoria under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978. 18 O’Briens Lane, Templestowe is currently leased under section 17D of the Act to Emilio Ianniciello.

Pursuant to the Leasing Policy for Crown Land in Victoria 2010, Parks Victoria intends to negotiate a new short-term lease to Emilio Ianniciello to occupy the premises for the operation of a market garden, subject to the approval of the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change.
