Fox control - Broken Boosey State Park

Parks Victoria’s conservation management to restore and protect park habitat includes the control of introduced plant and animal species. As part of an ongoing strategy, notice is hereby given that Parks Victoria will be carrying out a fox control program. Parks Victoria Staff will be carrying out controlled shooting on public land on Wednesday 13 May 2015 and Wednesday 24 June 2015.  

Shooting will be carried out at strategic sites and other known areas of fox habitat within the following areas: Boosey, Katamatite East, Katamatite,Burramine South, Tungamah and Naring.  

Access to the Park will be restricted during the operation. Boosey Boulevard will be closed for a period on the days of the operation.
