PRO_EOI_MELBOLINDA01 – Expression of Interest for the provision of design services for the Olinda Precinct Development

Parks Victoria is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to provide design services for the Olinda Precinct Development and Implementation – Stage 1.
The scope of design services includes:
- The development of a multipurpose sports field for junior competition and senior football training.
- A regional scale playscape and associated visitor amenity.
- The development of a dog off lead area and associated visitor amenity.
The design and construction of a netball court and repairs to the existing cricket nets located on the adjoining Olinda Recreation Reserve also form part of this project.
Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation may be obtained from www.tenders.vic.gov.au
Respondents are to lodge their EOI responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, EOI: PRO_EOI_MELBOLINDA01 – Expression of Interest for the provision of design services for the Olinda Precinct Development, by 2.00pm Wednesday 25 October 2017 in the electronic tender box on www.tenders.vic.gov.au
