Parks Victoria is calling for tenders from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to provide the construction of new staff offices, amenities and associated site services and civil works at Buchan Caves Reserve, Buchan.
A mandatory meeting will be held at 10.00am Thursday 27 April 2017 at the site.
Tender documentation, and further information, may be obtained from www.tenders.vic.gov.au.
Respondents are to lodge their tender responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, Tender No. 44605 - Construction of new staff offices and amenities at Buchan Caves Reserve, Buchan by 2.00pm Friday 12 May 2017 in the Tender Box located at Parks Victoria, Level 10, 535 Bourke St, Melbourne Vic 3000.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
