Change of conditions

  • Eustace Gap Track, which provides access to Estace Gap camp and the eastern side of Dartmouth Dam, is closed due to a planned burn. The track will re-open when the area is declared safe. Check the status of current planned burns at www.vic.gov.au/plannedburns at Lake Dartmouth

  • Lickhole Creek Walking Track is closed for public safety following a recent planned burn. The track is expected to reopen in mid to late April 2015. Access to Castle Rock via the first section of Lickhole Creek from Howqua Hills Track is open. at Walking and hiking

  • Harrington's Walking Track, between Surveyor's Creek and Tom Groggin, has been damaged by fire early in March 2015. Visitors are advised to use caution on this section of the track. at Walking and hiking

  • The upstream toilet at Muttonwood camp is currently closed, please use the other toilet within the campsite in the interim. at Camping

  • Riggals Spur Track is not suitable for horse riding until further notice due to large fallen timber blocking the track. The track remains accessible to hikers however extra caution is required when climbing over or around obstacles. at Tali Karng
