Arthurs Seat State Park was assessed for accessibility in early 2012.
At Seawinds Gardens there is no designated disabled parking in either of the two parking areas. The carparks are level and have a surface of gravel with stones averaging 13mm. There is a large, flat, grassy picnic area with an electric barbecue and several picnic tables with fixed side seating. One of the tables has an open end that allows wheelchair users to roll under the table. There is a unisex toilet cubicle in the toilet block. The path to the Bay and Northern lookouts are wide and gently sloping. The lookouts are large flat grassed areas.
There are 2 designated disabled parking spaces in the main carpark at the Arthurs Seat Summit. There is an accessible unisex toilet about 200 metres from the Summit Lookout. There are a number of picnic areas around the summit. The best picnic area for accessibility is at the very southern end of the park. There is a gravel carpark nearby, although it does not have any designated disabled parking bays. There is level access from the carpark to a large picnic shelter with a flat concrete floor. There are electric barbecues and picnic tables under the shelter. There is a playground nearby.
