Seawinds is serviced by a single toilet block in the central car park. It has one unisex cubicle on the back wall of the block.
A short earthen path leads from the carpark.
The toilet seat height is 420 millimeters high and there is one side grab bar. There is room beside the toilet for a wheelchair. The door swings outward and is light to open. It is fitted with an internal rotating lock with a wing handle that does not require finger dexterity to operate. The toilet flush is located on the rear wall, 1.2 meters from the floor. It is a soft operating button that protrudes from the wall.
The hand basin is located outside the the cubicle. It has clear space under it, no exposed hot water pipes and a twist type fluted handle that requires grip to operate.
