The carpark caters for standard-size vehicles, long vehicles and parking for coach buses. There is one designated disabled parking bay adjacent to the path to the Bay of Islands. This bay is approximately 3.9 metres wide and 6.2 metres long and is designed for rear disembarking. The bay is sealed and has a minimal cross slope.
