Cape Schanck Lighthouse tours - Saturday 24 March 2018

Join us for a thirty minute tour of the historic 1859 Cape Schanck Lighthouse with The Lady of History team. Hear about the history of the 21 metre high Lighthouse, how the lighthouse operates, experience the spectacular view into Bass Strait and across to Port Phillip Bay Heads from the Lighthouse Balcony, and discover the Cape Schanck Museum with lighthouse exhibits and stories.

Tours commence at: 10.30am, 11.00am, 11.30am, 12noon, 12.30pm, 1.00pm, 2.00pm, 2.30pm, 3.00pm, 3.30pm and 4.00pm.

Cape Schanck Lighthouse Reserve

Accessibility Information:
Lighthouse is 100 m walk from the car park. Lighthouse not accessible to wheelchairs or pushers. Tour participants need to be able to climb up and down 59 steps in the Lighthouse tower. Museum accessible to all, although some doorways are narrow.
