The most accessible rotunda in the park is the Rose Steps Rotunda.
There are five picnic tables under it on a level concrete slab. One of these tables has no bench seating and is specially designed for wheelchairs.
The Rose Steps Rotunda is close to accessible toilets and to the dam spillway viewing area. There is a reasonably level path of compacted gravel (approx 80 metres) leading from the information shelter to the rotunda.
Vehicles can get close to the rotunda via a service road for loading and unloading.
There are two gas barbecues adjacent to the rotunda on a reasonably level, solid surface.
