The historic Shearers Quarters building was once the home of the lessee of Sunset Pastoral Co. Today it provides hostel-style accommodation.
The Shearers Quarters is an historic self-contained four bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 14 people. There are bunk beds in each bedroom. Kitchen facilities include a gas fridge, limited cooking utensils and pots and pans. Visitors should bring their own cooking equipment, linen, firewood and drinking water. There is a tank that holds non-potable water for showering, supply is limited.Access to the site is via unsealed four wheel drive only tracks. Bookings are essential and can be made online or by contacting Parks Victoria on 13 1963.
Camping is also available at the Shearers Quarters. There are no facilities provided and no bookings or fees required.
