The Twelve Apostles carpark caters for a large number of visitors and has parking for standard size vehicles, long vehicles and coach buses. There are several designated disabled parking bays suitable for standard size vehicles and designed for rear disembarking. These bays are approximately three metres wide and 4.5 metres long. The closest bay is located approximately 70 metres from the visitor centre.

There is a concrete path adjacent to the designated disabled parking bays leading to the centre and the path to the Twelve Apostles. The path in the carpark has a slope in some sections of approximately 1:12. There are tactile ground surface indicators installed for vision impaired visitors where the path crosses the carpark service road.
