Three Trails marked with coloured arrows start at the Western Car Park and wind their way through the plantation, a highlight is riding through Hovells Creek along the western boundary of the park. Horses are only permitted in the Western Plantation west of Sandy Creek Road. Great Circle Drive is open for horse riders after hours. Horses are not permitted in any other area of the park.
