Friends of Herring Island meet on the first Sunday of each month. Visit http://www.vicnet.net.au/~herring/ for conservation day dates and times.
Bring along a trowel, small spade or small mattock for planting.
Planting is undertaken in June, July and August and weeding and general maintenance is undertaken from September until May.
