Volunteer Sherpa Training and Induction Day

Come along and find out how you can become a trained Sherpa Volunteer and assist visitors to access parts of Victoria’s unique parks and natural environments using the TrailRider.

Where: Brambuk - The National Park and Cultural Centre, 277 Grampians Road, Halls Gap
When: Saturday 17th November 2018, 10am – 4pm

Parks Victoria are seeking volunteers to be trained as all terrain wheel chair operators, also known as Sherpas. As a volunteer, you will play an important role in enabling park visitors with mobility limitations to be able to explore some of Victoria’s spectacular parks using the TrailRider chair. These information sessions are currently focusing on forming a program in and around The Grampians National Park.
