Accessibility information

The picnic area is located at the end of the car park. It is a small area. In keeping with the local area is covered with local scoria from the volcanic activity that made up the Keilor Plains, which is one of the largest lava flows in the world. The surface is very loose and may pose some difficulties for visitors using wheelchairs or walkers with small casters.

There is a double table at the back of the area that can be accessed via a natural hard earth path that can be accessed from the lookout walk. The tables are the traditional design with two fixed seats down either side. The overhang at the end of the table is approximately 300 millimeters.
