EOI 201702 – Expression of Interest for the Cape Otway Lightstation Precinct

An opportunity exists to lease the stunning Cape Otway Lightstation precinct, located within the Great Otway National Park. The precinct is ideally positioned in the middle of both the internationally acclaimed Great Ocean Road touring route and the Great Ocean Walk, and offers opportunities to tap into local and international markets. Parks Victoria is seeking suitably qualified parties to provide their vision for a lease of up to 21 years at this spectacular location.

Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation may be obtained from

Proposals with subject EOI 201702 Cape Otway Lightstation Precinct, should be sent to by 4.00pm Friday 6 October 2017. Proposals should be in Word or PDF format and a maximum of 20MB.
