NOTICE OF BOATING ACTIVITY EXCLUSION ZONE
In accordance with section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic), Parks Victoria (the waterway manager for the Yarra River upstream of the port waters of the Port of Melbourne) gives notice that the waters of the Yarra River between Princes Bridge and the upstream edge of Federation Wharf, to a point on the southern side of the Yarra River, are prohibited to all persons and vessels not registered to take part in the Victorian Festival of DIWALI fireworks display. The exclusion zone takes effect between 8.00pm to 11.00pm on Saturday 14 October 2017.
