Beaches and Coasts

Venture out along Victoria’s dramatic coastline.

Victoria’s Beaches and Coasts are untamed in their beauty. They’re places we visit for many reasons, to unwind and disconnect, recharge, exercise, explore and have fun.

Take yourself to beaches and coasts where crashing waves meet fresh ocean breezes. Rise early to catch a morning sunrise, the experience will reward you. Walk aimlessly and feel cool sand beneath your feet, it’s rejuvenating. Make the effort to pause to take it all in. Close your eyes and breathe in that invigorating salty air. As the morning sun casts a golden glow, immerse yourself in the cadence of crashing waves, a wild symphony to stir your soul. If you’re lucky, spot playful dolphins and majestic whales on their winter migration.

The coast is a great place to temporarily leave your daily life behind, time to turn off the devices and let nature refresh you and where you can admire this rugged coast with its hidden coves and dramatic cliffs that stand testament to nature's enduring resilience.
